Infrastructure hasn't been adequately implemented and it tends to be very quiet. Nice garden on the roof though.
I personally like tsukemen very much and this little shop serves spectacular favor of tsukemen which just suit my taste. Very tasty shrimp soup base that goes really well with the noodle !
