LOVE this hotel!! GREAT service! Only downside is their $20 a day valet parking :( But, would stay in again in a heartbeat!!

The Hotel is gorgeous, being in an old bank really gives it a grandeur feel. I do expect a lot better from J.W. Marriott, rooms are not as clean as other Marriott's, scratchy scratchy guest blankets

Erica at the front desk is a total sweetheart. So friendly and helpful. Tomorrow morning I'm eating breakfast in an old bank vault!

The location is great for downtown. Restaurants are close. The lobby bar is visually great.

Be careful about the valet parking, they drove my car with the parking brake on and don't let them park your car in the buckeye parking lot...lots of break ins! Like mine last night :-(

They only allow you to valet park here like a previous review, my car was broken into last night in the Buckeye lot. Apparently there's a homeless shelter 2 blocks down the street.
