It's hit or miss with sales staff, some are amazing and some need to learn how to sell the product better. If someone wants to buy a sofa and likes to entertain, they don't say "people can double up"

Take your husband even though he'll resist like I did. After I arrived, I was happy I had the experience. Bring your wallet :-)

Bring your dog in and the design staff will love you forever...they also keep dog treats behind the cash wrap.

The hardware looks like it's well-built, hearkening to an industrial age built of steel and wrought iron, but the finishes scratch so easily

I wouldn't recommend ordering furniture from here. The two times I've tried to order dining room chairs the box comes trashed and the chairs are damaged beyond repair

Very quick service. Asked for something and they called it up to the register and I was done!

More people working than shopping, and you still can't get someone to help you!! Amazing they're still in business.

If you respond well to condescending sales people then you should feel right at home. 
