2008 Stags Leap District Reserve Cabernet

Full-bodied and powerful, yet intriguingly smooth our 2008 reserve cabernet emulates classic napa characteristics. Since wine making is 60% the fruit you are working with and 40% the mad scientist in the lab, steve reynolds once again wows us. With rich berry on the front and smooth, candied fruit on the finish, this wine will have your nose, mouth and brain wanting more.

2008 Los Carneros Pinot Noir

After a wonder 2007 vintage from the corotto vineyard the 2008 is no disappointment. The same wonderful vineyard characters of raspberries, cherries and pomegranate are still dominate with supple hints of spices and earth tones to complete the package. The wines texture is more gentle in nature and forms a classic pinot profile on palate with a lively acid and tannin balance, with a long nice finish to round it out. Another home run for sure! !
