Lynn BussellFebruary 21, 2015What a great training facility. The staff was amazing and treated me like a good friend the first time i meet them. Awesome facility that has kid programs.
This is a great place to learn Mix Martial Arts. But If your goal is to lose weight and become a better you, this is the place your been looking for.
Today kids classes 4 p.m 5 p.m teens 630 fitness class 730 mma sparring come on down we are running a special the first week is a free trial!!!- They have something for the whole family but top notch instructors who really care. Great technique.
