Patrick received his cosmetology license in 1981. At the age of 22, he moved to Chicago where he sharpened and perfected his skills for 25 years. Patrick has studied with Bumble and Bumble, Sebastian International, Rusk, and Schwarzkopf just to name a few. Featured as a color specialist, Modern Salon Magazine sought out Patrick and featured his work in three separate issue's. He has also worked on numerous photo shoots, benefits and fashion shows. "I feel continuing education is a must in this industry. I go to as many classes and hair shows that I can and bring back new trends and technique's to my staff." Having been co-owner of two salons in Chicago, he thought it was time to open his own. In September 2009 he brought his style and vision to beautiful Fountain Hills Arizona – "A Salon Designed With You In Mind." In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing piano, performing live theater, golfing and spending time with his dog, Lucy.

Originally an Aesthetician, Anita is no stranger to the beauty industry. She worked for many years as an aesthetican in Old Town Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. Throughout the years, she has always loved working with hair, and in 2008 attended Penrose Academy to add hair to her repetoire. Grateful for being in a field that is ever-changing and evolving, Anita is dedicated to attending classes regularly. She wants to constantly expand her knowledge of color and cutting, so she can better assist her clients. Inspired by travel, art, fashion and music, the beauty industry has become her creative outlet. In her free time, Anita goes horseback riding and takes care of rescue pets. Staying true to her Midwest upbringing, she also enjoys spending time outside connecting with nature.

Linda has been working in Fountain Hills for a few years, since she relocated from Naperville, IL where she owned her own hair salon for over 30 years. Linda loves working with people and has a passion for helping her clients feel their best. She enjoys doing color, highlights and cuts and is well-known for her men's precision scissor cuts and flawless fades. If you can't find Linda in the salon, you'll find her in the gym. She is dedicated to weight training and spin. These activities keep her happy and healthy.

Barbara has been a Nail Technician for over 23 years. In Chicago, she owned a hair and nail salon and even judged competitions for nail art. Her attention to detail is evident in her work. She continually attends classes around the country increasing her knowledge of new products and nail techniques. She provides exceptional sanitation by using a disposable file system for pedicures. All of her products are odor-free. Barbara is an expert in gel nails, fiberglass tips, silk wraps, and the Extreme Dip System, which is an odor free acrylic that has no monomer or primers. The newest service Barb offered is an exclusive semi-permanent polish known as a "No Chip Manicure." This hybrid manicure will last two weeks.

Christine Diehl has that rare gift of relaxing a person and creating a comfortable environment to help make everyone's service personal. Her friendly warm personality and confidence reflects her passion for being a Massage Therapist. Christine completed the Therapeutic Massage Program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She has been a licensed massage therapist for over 17 years. Her specialties include Therapeutic Massage and La Stone Therapy – the original hot-stone massage. Whether treating painful injuries or decompressing overworked muscles, figromyalgia, frozen shoulder, sciatica, tennis elbow, golf elbow, carpal tunnel, achilles tendonitis, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, IT and patellar tracking syndromes, all can be helped through using therapeutic tools like AIS method, MRT, fascial release, scar tissue release and myoskeletal alignment techniques. Christine is a sports enthusiast and avid cyclist with a soft spot for shelter animals, especially those at Pals Rescue in Fountain Hills. Originally from Northern Virginia, Taryn moved west to Arizona in pursuit of turning her passion for skin care and healthy living into a rewarding career. She attended the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics in Tempe and worked in Old Town Scottsdale for several years. She joined Russo Salon and Spa in the spring of 2012. Taryn specializes in custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning treatments and facial waxing. PCA Skin Certified, she is excited to offer their treatments and products. Taryn loves getting to know her guests and helping them transform their skin.
