Is​ a flavorful steak seasoned w/ our homemade rub, seared, diced & topped w/ grilled onions & cilantro.
Brisket Taco
Is​ rubbed w/ spices & then roasted slowly for 18 hours. The tender beef is shredded & topped w/ queso fresco, onion & cilantro.
Fish Taco
Is served your way, either seasoned or grilled, or tempura battered & fried. Creamy chipotle crema tops these tacos, along w/ shredded red cabbage & cilantro.
Rusty Taco
Is filled w/ our achiote marinated shredded pork, & topped w/ pineapple, onion & cilantro. The slightly red color & warm, earthy flavors make this a unique namesake creation.
