- Very easy to navigate inside. How’s the rental car location is a good bit of a walk.
- Jan FreemanJuly 24, 2016The parking lot is far. Not catwalk. Have to take a shuttle. I've never been to an airport that didn't have a parking lot attached. It's very disorganized and lots of construction.
- TSS precheck works like a charm here. Very nice personnel and short lines after 8:30.
- You can find good restaurants in and out of the security check point. Very secure airport.

- I'll rip them when they deserve it. But the screeners here in San Antonio are polite, good natured, and friendly. Good work. Now on to Atlanta and LaGuardia.
- Love the new super deluxe terminal with the exact same number of gates as the perfectly serviceable terminal that it replaced.

- AA usually requires 40 min check in with bags...fast and clean AA terminal, sbarro, subway grill and Rosario's are restaurant options at this terminal...
- Pamela DuffyJuly 1, 2012Business travelers need lots of patience for this airport--this airport has the most amount of travelers that have no clue! (ie sitting by outlets and not using them!)
- Make sure to get in the right security lane. The left one feeds into the same person that handles priority and it takes forever!!!

- Try the airplanes! They are a must have! I get one every time.
- Del HarrisMay 16, 2013Beware early weekday morning crowd, folks with 9 o'clock flights ruin it for folks with 7 o'clock flights.
- Excellent early morning staff at TSA and Dunkin Donuts. Check mark if you're here before 5 am.
