- When you checkin, make sure you look at a map. spread out. Also the rooms are musty and slightly updated. Not a nice hotel. However the morning buffet is great and the workers are very very nice.
- When you check in, tell them you want a modern room. I find many of then are musty smelling, as its an old hotel. Also confirm where the room is. Pain in the ass when you walk a mile with bags.
- Front Office staff is on point. Make sure to ask for Par/Serena/Danielle. They love their job and are awesome at making you feel at home.
- Mark KSeptember 24, 2013The concierge lounge on the sixth floor has great breakfast and free dinner (also very good) if you have access.
- Josh WebbAugust 3, 2011$20 a night for parking soo get a room on the northwest side of the hotel and use the parking lot for the commercial complex next door for free! Only a 30 ft walk to the hotel.
- They have WiFi. Someone else said they don't, they do. Like most silicon valley hotels, it ain't cheap. If you are gold member or pay extra, you get access to the lounge. Breakfast and dinner, M-F.
- Electra PalmerNovember 7, 2016Really nice personnel and very polite! The hotel is in a very good location!
- Scott WallerJanuary 23, 2014The bed here is awesome and they offer a free airport shuttle. It leaves at the top of the hour each hour.
- The hotel it's 100% renovated as of December 2019. That includes all rooms and the lobby. Great staff!
- Britt BremerJuly 7, 2013The layout of this hotel is so confusing. Who needs a gym when you can cover all your cardio needs by getting lost looking for your room. You might end up in Oakland.
- @VegasVideoNtwrkApril 18, 2012There is a separate elevator for the conference/meeting rooms vs regular hotel rooms. The xyz conf room on the second floor isn't just down one floor from your third floor room.
- Rooms are clean but everything else is a disappointment. There’s nothing available without a charge; daily internet for €10, bottle of water for €9 and parking for €30!
- Ashtan MooreOctober 23, 2015Always be prepared to phone a friend when you get lost in the corridors.
- Great fitness center, confusing layout. Quesadillas, tuna tartar, and fish tacos off the room service menu are quite good - buffalo chicken pizza is not.
- Talk to Ruth the concierge about great restaurants in san Mateo and Half Moon Bay! She very helpful!
- The hotel it's 100% renovated as of December 2019. That includes all rooms and the lobby.
- Sam FlemingMay 15, 2015We asked for three beds and they would not give them to us, the food was expensive, the pool was closed, the hotel staff (not the restaurant ones) were grumpy, they gave us the tiniest room. Very mad
- Shane MitchellDecember 22, 2011The airport shuttle runs once per hour approximately on the hour but stops at 9:30 PM
- Danni AckermanJune 10, 2013They nickle and dime you to death with charging for internet - and there is no wifi just hard wired from rooms (this is 2013 right?)
- Plenty of trash cans outside as well as receptacles for depositing cigarettes if you care to smoke!
- Edward RoskeJanuary 23, 2011This hotel layout is very confusing. Keep a map handy and go down to the ground floor and then back up to get from hotel rooms to meeting rooms.
- Brian TrennerAugust 20, 2015Good location. Not a classy stay. No shoe shine. Parking is a pain. Expensive bar. Generally disappointed.
- Chevy PhamApril 23, 2010You can access the hotel via caltrain hayward park station. It's a 12 min walk, straight shot to/from.
- It's very loud outside and you hear train horns all night.
- Gemma BlezardFebruary 16, 2011Annoying that there are no ashtrays outside I really dont want to throw butts onto the street or round the back
