- Probably my fav ramen in the Boston area. I get veg gyoza, karaage chicken and soy sauce ramen every damn time. Too good to get anything else. Don't be shy with the togarashi either.
- Ruby PucilloMay 24, 2015The line is no mystery--Sapporo's is worth the wait. The presentation of food is poor, even when set before you by a personable waitress. but when the noodles enter your mouth you know it's heaven.
- Serious EatsMarch 7, 2014The spicy miso ramen is a winner here, bright red broth simmered for 10 hours and showered with sweet corn and ground pork.
- Daniel GraysonMay 23, 2017Love this place. Hearty and thick broth that you can tell has been given time to meld... I could eat here every day, if not for the queue.
- A SMarch 14, 2016Easy to miss - located inside Lesley university. Food - So good!! The spicy ramen is not that spicy, go ahead and order it. Cash only - BofA ATM right outside the building.
- Vanessa GatlinFebruary 17, 2014(Best of Boston 2013-RAMEN) Improper Bostonian says, "Long before everyone and their mother was on the prowl for a late-night bowl of broth and noodles, Sapporo was the go-to for Ramen devotees."
- Michael FurtakDecember 21, 2015Soy sauce and spicy miso are my favorites. You have to dig for that ground pork at the end of the spicy miso, but it is worth it!
- If you're *very* hungry and love your food spicy, try the Hot & Sour ramen. Thick broth with tofu, noodles, and a heavy black pepper flavor that will explode your face and belly with glee. Eat!
- Be sure to add in the butter cube to get the full experience of a genuine Hokkaido ramen!
- I'm a fan of their house ramen. Simple but very well executed. Ask to add a cube of butter to it to make it velvety. Enjoy.
- The soy sauce ramen is my favorite but recently I've been there they ran out
- Sahil KathawalaMay 27, 2015Some of the best ramen in the city. Highly, highly recommend the Spicy Miso.
- Emily TaintorMarch 6, 2015The spicy miso ramen was highly reviewed and lived up to the hype and then some. Kind of hard to find but worth the search.
- Courtney CartinAugust 29, 2015The broth is amazing, pork perfectly done, love the spicy noodle soup!

- Michael ShineApril 23, 2014Best Ramen I've had in the area. The house is perfect and their veggie broth is also amazing!
- I've given up on the house ramen (it's had three chances from me. That's enough, right?), but the spicy miso ramen is a winner.
- Nick ScottOctober 26, 2015Excellent ramen. Just remember to bring cash and be prepared to wait in line
- If you come here you should either get tantan or spicy miso. The only two that will leave your tastebuds in awe
- Some of the best pork buns in Massachusetts! Seriously. They're incredible! Do it.
- Julie NamNovember 3, 2013Decent cheap ramen, but the line can be quite long in the evenings. My favorite is tantan men! The place is cash only but there is bank of America ATM in the building.
- FavecastNovember 15, 2013Brooke and her friends really enjoyed their dishes at Sapporo Ramen, check out her Favecast review about it here-
http://www.favecast.com/cHJmpTv58i - Steph HillMarch 27, 2014I loved the Spicy Miso Ramen. Don't be mislead, it's really not that spicy. Just right!
- Simeon GreeneFebruary 13, 2013Nearly impossible to find with driving directions. It's in the first floor of the Lesley University bldg in Mass Ave.
- The pork buns are near-Momofuku grade delicious. I was totally surprised. Eat! #yum
- Cash only!! However there is an ATM down the hall!! Waitress may seat stranger at your table if there is a line/wait.
- Get the Miso Ramen with no corn. That's the real way to eat it.
- House Ramen with a side order of Spicy Ground Pork. Worth the extra $2!
- Caitlin C.September 5, 2013Preparations: empty stomach, cash in your wallet, ability to wait patiently. You'll be rewarded handsomely.
- Terence ChanJanuary 31, 2016Pork buns were very disappointing. Bland and tasteless. Tan tan men was also not good. Everything was extra. Will not come back. 2/5
- Choi HeewoongMarch 29, 2014I wouldn't try Miso ramen. It tasted very blend and the meat was chewee. Surprisingly there were many people in line. It wasn't worth it waiting more than 30 mins for that.
- The Spicy Miso Ramen is the best (pictured here). Order it!
