This is a somewhat biased list, primarily because I live in NoDa. Most are NoDa or PM spots, so trust me when I tell you that each dinner spot is delicious and affordable!

Sarah Wilbanks: Their entrees and their sandwiches are about the same price, but you get a lot more for your money with the entrees. I recommend the country fried steak with mashed potatoes/gravy - $7.95!

Sarah Wilbanks: Love the nachos - big enough for two and then some! Cost is about $8. PS - this is a great first date place. Be sure to get there a little earlier, though (shoot for 6:30) because it fills up fast!

Sarah Wilbanks: Everything here is great, but the fried pickles are a must-have :) Oh, and a specialty cocktail called "unicorn tears" - just trust me!
Sarah Wilbanks: The owner of Pinky's used to be a co-owner of the Penguin - he brought all of the classic recipes over with him. Go for the classic burger or the corndog!
Sarah Wilbanks: You can split a plate that's big enough for three for a total of $20 or go for the classic bbq sandwich for about $7 - either one is a great choice.
Sarah Wilbanks: This is a great place for dessert! The apple pie may seem overpriced ($6) but it's a huge portion. Also try the guinness/bailey's pudding but be sure to split it with someone because it's super rich.

Sarah Wilbanks: OK this is actually Big Daddy's, not Bad Daddy's. I recommend the Sam I Am burger - comes with pesto and a fried egg. And the small salad is super cheap and is enough to fill me up!
