- Janet WilsonAugust 7, 2018Really nice hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and always addressed me by my name anytime I walked by. I can’t remember the names of half the people I know. Great job.
- Emily LazzellDecember 28, 2012Villas are older, but it's nice to have a kitchen, large living room, and open porch. The main hotel is just a short walk across the lagoon bridge. Parking and wired Internet is free at the Villas.
- Ariana VoyerApril 24, 2018Beautiful resort with plenty to do, great service and wonderful amenities.
- UBM ChannelAugust 3, 2011Every year we stay here for XChange Public Sector. The staff is amazing. They have a shuttle that can take you all over the resort so make sure to try out the other restaurants outside the hotel!
- Fran ReisCo.June 30, 2013Main building under renovation for next 7 weeks. All Villa's will be updated by years ends. However very clean and beds are amazing as usual.
- KendallJune 24, 2012This place is beautiful but you have to pay for everything! General parking, valet parking, wifi...it's rediculous. Not to mention the guest shop prices are insane...$12 for sunscreen?!
- Try the Augustine Grille - delicious prix fixe menu!Head to the Cabana beach club via the hotel shuttle and enjoy the day at the beach.Enjoy a drink overlooking the lagoon out back, and the TPC Read more
- Bring your own water bottle - they have water there, but only cone cups. Limited weight lifting equipment, but good amount of cardio; all suitable for a quick workout.
- Monique ReneeMay 25, 2013Stay in the Main Tower. Ian is a great valet. Louise at the front desk will answer all of your questions. Just ask :)
- Melissa GSeptember 4, 2011V.kelly's pub is delicious as well as Pusser's Caribbean restaurant right outside the hotel. Pusser's has a great view and just as great food.
- myluvizshoezSeptember 23, 2015Arnold at the front desk is a gem! Convenient to Publix & St John's Town Center
- Phil MaxsonOctober 17, 2011For late night arrivals the Irish Pub has decent food and good drinks until midnight. I can recommend the hamburger.
- Cheapest place in history. Wifi there's a charge. Parking there's a fee. They will milk all your dollars.
- Hasani XApril 24, 2011Be sure to NOT stay in Villas they are older, ask to stay in main hotel & ask for poolside / lagoon view on higher floors
- The suite was nice. Pull out couch for kids. But room 470 had a mind of its own. Way to much noise!
- Dan SnyderJanuary 12, 2016Very expensive for what you get. Smaller rooms. Building showing its age (wallpaper peeling, rusty door joints). House keeping wakes you up at 745am to clean room.
- At the cafe on the green the seared ahi tuna wonton its a must!!!
- Nik DesaiAugust 10, 2013Free wifi ONLY by the pool. No idea why, but it's there. Everywhere else you have to pay.
- The villas are old but well maintained and the inside is very nice though the outside leaves a little to be desired.
- Heather barbieriJune 5, 2011They charge $10/day for general parking and $13 for 1/2 day of internet access. Double beds are only good for one person for sure. Only bonus is that there is a Satrbucks in the lobby.
- Catherine HelzermanJune 23, 2011As someone else posted DO NOT stay in the villas!! Main bldg is great but the more expensive villas are old, no view, far from action...horrible! As for lagoon view, higher floor.
- Catherine HelzermanJune 23, 2011Do not stay here. These villas are old and unkempt. Stay in the main hotel
