- Professionally sourced produce, great staff, clean, good selection, and pricing. Remember, as an coop member you get 10% once a quarter & patronage refunds in cash when profitable.
- If you have not yet bought from the hot deli table, pick at least one thing to try and enjoy it in dining area (along with dessert from the bakery). The flavors coming out of the deli are so good!

- I'm a sucker for a good hot deli - one of the places I frequent for hot food, soups and to go ethiopian when I don't have the time or energy to do it myself... Menu rotates daily!

- No longer completely vegetarian, no more carafes of steamed cold press, and now serving alcohol. Doesn't even seem like the same place anymore. I can still recommend the biscuits and gravy.

- Instead of the hot food bar, ask for brown rice at the counter. That plus a salad = a healthy meal under $2.

- Extremely slow service, but good food. Expect half an hour between ordering and food being ready. Don't order from the kitchen if you're in a hurry. There's no wait for drinks and pastries.
