My favorite places to work out in LA. I was an instructor in LA from 2003-2006 and visit frequently. Always gotta get in at least a few of these places every time I go!
Shauna Harrison: Kick ass, no mercy stairs. But, often overcrowded. And very often with the scantily clad who want to be seen. I use the adjacent streets to make a loop. 7th street has a nice hill to run.

Shauna Harrison: Nice size cycle room, small boxing room. Multiple levels is a bit weird to me, but does give it some open space. Great locker rooms as usual for Equinox chain.

Shauna Harrison: Tied with the Westwood Equinox...Kind of a hard location to access if SM traffic is bad, but amazing instructors. Amy Dixon is just dope.

Shauna Harrison: Great studio with some of THE BEST instructors in LA. They also offer streaming classes online which is brilliant. Try Kourtney, Angela, Brock, Krista and Ally

Shauna Harrison: I used to teach here and I LOVED taking the boxing classes with Lloyd and Xtreme Step with Izett. Nice gym, good locker rooms, separate cycle, boxing, yoga studios.
Shauna Harrison: Not just yoga. This studio/gym has a little bit of everything. YogaBootyBallet w/ Teigh & Gillian is one of the most fun classes you can take. They are just bundles of energy. Great vibe & community.
