- Classes are hard so get ready to sweat. Take Alex's classes and be prepared to laugh. She makes class really fun!
- Tamal's 11:15 class on Saturday is an amazing way to start your weekend. And his Sunday night class is a great way to finish it off. :)
- Mary Beth is doing M/Wed @11! Blissed Flow in the (sweaty) house!!
- Shauna HarrisonAugust 15, 2011Huge, gorgeous studio with donation-based philosophy. Again, also chalked full of LA's best.
- Great studio, very difficult classes. Helped me improve!
- Liz Arch's Primal Yoga class is the best yoga class and Liz is wonderful!
- It's not donation based anymore (way too many people flaked on it) but this is still a great place and the prices are not bad at all.
- I love Yoga Co. The atmosphere is really therapeutic... Tommy and Tamal are my favorite teachers! Enjoy!!
- lululemon athleticaApril 15, 2011Liz's Primal Yoga class is an amazing combination of yoga and martial Arts.
- Gorgeous, donation-based eco-friendly studio. Haven't had a bad teacher yet, small afternoon classes.
- Great teachers to try: Chani, Sibyl, Jennifer and Liz.
- If you want to really, really work, check out Sean Grey's vinyasa flow classes.
- Chris BrandtDecember 28, 2010Why pay to watch the teacher practice? My one experience with Yoga Co was Yoga Cliche
