    I don't know what service dept these other people went to, but these guys are friendly and bend over backwards to make sure everything's right on my car.

    The service department is so bad I can't wait until I don't have to bring my car here anymore. The people are anything but friendly and definitely not helpful.

    Stay away from the service department. Its run by a bunch of armatures that have no respect for your time. There are much better mechanics in the area specializing in European cars.
