- Christina Langer BogdanSeptember 26, 2017Would never stay in this hotel again. As a road warrior I spend a fair amount of time at hotels, the beds and pillows were horrible. That aside the staff is fantastic, welcoming and very helpful.Upvote1Downvote
- Jim BaileyAugust 7, 2021Typical nice, clean Sheraton with friendly staff. Great place to stay with your pet.UpvoteDownvote
- Nice corner room with view of the Mississippi River and part of downtown. Concierge was nice on 19th floor!Upvote1Downvote
- Valet parking only. If you've got a motorcycle, don't ask the desk clerk, as you'll get wrong info. The valet knows the routine and gives you indoor parking for $10./night.Upvote1Downvote
- Chuck WestfallJuly 21, 2013Great restaurants and bar here, and this is definitely the place to stay if you're in town for a trade show at the convention center across the street.UpvoteDownvote

- Memphis TravelJanuary 31, 2012If you're in town for BankTravel (Feb 7-9), you can get to Beale St. and other dining and entertainment options by heading south on the Main St. Trolley http://www.matatransit.com/trolleyService.aspxUpvote1Downvote

- Chris RomanJanuary 15, 2014Basic amenities and standard service. Furnishing are beat up. I transferred to the Westin for my second night and would recommend the same for SPGs.UpvoteDownvote
- Neat & clean. Wonderful staff that was so helpful in giving directions and really went out of their way to be nice and courteous.Upvote1Downvote
- Johnny SpencerSeptember 3, 2014Breakfast was good, and staff was very pleasant. However, it was hard to find due to all the remodeling/construction. $15.00+ per eater.UpvoteDownvote

- They bring in chocolates and leave them in the room but they just attract ants. Very dusty, decayed-looking hotel--its better days are behind it.UpvoteDownvote
- Christopher DavisSeptember 25, 2016Staff was friendly but hotel is in serious need of updates. Air in room did not work. Moved to new room second night and was better, but still not great. I will not stay here again.UpvoteDownvote
- Stayed for 5 nights... Ordered room service, my steak was under cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. The conceirge level was great I loved it.UpvoteDownvote

- Adrienne SwinneyJuly 29, 2010Nice room, it was perfect to be right on the trolley line. The shower wasn't that good, not very hot at all the first five minutes it was barely lukewarm. Park offsite. It's only 5 bucks.UpvoteDownvote
