- The service is really great. One of the kids got sick and the called back and checked on her. Love that they followed up on her. The pool is gorgeous and beds are comfy. Love it !!

- Great deals on happy hour during the week. Chris is the best bartender here. Strangely better drink prices in main bar than SPG lounge. Be quick for SPG breakfast on 6th floor; ends promptly at 9AM.
- Lillian in the club lounge is amazing. Daniel at check in rocks as well. This is my home away from home
- If you bring a console or DVD player and want to plug it up to the LG tv you must unplug the black plug.

- Nnadiya is one of the best hostesses at the hotel. All the staff are great though.
- Ask for an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite it is so awesome
