- Noah WeissJuly 8, 2017Awesome resort with 14 pools, prime beach access, and beautifully redone rooms from 2016. Was Bill Clinton’s favorite Australia vacation spot.
- Ben MagarikApril 15, 2017Post-renovation rooms are excellent. Service and staff have been very good. Saltwater pools are pleasant, and rooms that open to pools are a treat.
- Seafood buffet worth every cent.. The sashimi was outstanding. We believe you can ask the chef to cook you any hot dish as well.. But we could not fit that in...
- Monica DesaiJuly 8, 2017Total relaxation, the many pools and easy access to the beach makes for a wonderful few days.
- Tm BoOctober 6, 2021The pool is stunning. The beach is just 50m behind the pool. Swim between the flags. Watch for Crocs on the beach.
- Torbjörn DahlgrenNovember 22, 2017Cool refurbishment keeping true to the old style. Spacious. Huge pool.

- Great lagoon pool for kids. Usually plenty of meal deals on offer when you book your accommodation, incl a "kids eat free" and "2 for 1 breakfast" deal.
- Great selection of pools, the Golf course is well looked after, but the rooms are showing their age, I think the TV was older than I am!
- Great setting and location - rooms and tv seriously outdated - very family friendly
- Steak sandwich and chunky fries at the Daintree Lounge... Sensational!!
- Great pools and worth staying here for that but the food and beverage is terrible and so over priced. $41 for buffet breakfast, $86 for buffet dinner, $11.50 for a heinekin. 20% discount means nothing
- This hotel has Krystle Carrington and Alexis Carrington Colby all over it.
- Diana ZambranoMarch 9, 2013Very disappointed with my stay at the hotel! The gym wasn't working during my stay , no steam room working either, there is no bar .... Very sloppy service... Not the best experience.
- Christopher ChanNovember 24, 2011No wifi in the room but Telstra 3G is super fast. Bring a 3G wifi router for DIY broadband.
- Bruno AApril 18, 2010No wifi in rooms, cable internet at a f* $24/day: terribly slow and priced per computer
