Great news! Shilo Inn has recently changed ownership. This property is owned and managed by Safari Hospitality Inc. & renovations begin on May 1, 2014 & we will reopen as a Holiday Inn Express.

Renovations are well underway. We are renovating the guestrooms on the 2nd, 11th and 12th floors. We have completely gutted these rooms. We are looking forward to unveiling our brand new rooms.

This hotel has the best customer service! They really do take care of you. Love that each room has fridge and microwave. Great location.

While everything works nothing feels very new. Nothing is exactly neglected but basically everything you come into contact with while staying here should have been renovated years ago.

Ok place. However you can tell its old and they haven't really invested in making this place feel more modern then non-negotiables such as wifi.

Free WiFi is nice but is completely unsecured/unencrypted.

Old, run down, in bad need of an upgrade for the price we paid. Too many better hotels close to the shilo to recommend a stay here... Plus many guests key cards didn't work at all.

Bad, stinky, old, my view is the parking, bottle of body cream in the bathroom is empty or be used... windows are dirty, I can't open the windows, but... I have the phone on the toilets !!!! not a goo

Place is falling apart. Will not stay here again, and will likely leave before my three days are up with a refund. Noisy, broken and dirty!
