Stop by the electronics department during the day and visit Doug. The most knowledgeable person about any of your electronic needs and an overall nice guy!- For assistance, just hit a customer service button and BE PATIENT! Someone will get to you as soon as they can...it is not the employees fault for being understaffed. Cashiers are people too, be nice!
