Created by Tanpopo's Koshiki Yonemura Smith, Shoyu offers sushi, noodles, fried rice, and other Japanese entrees. Noodles and dumpling wrappers are made fresh daily.

probably some of the best airport food I've ever had. Salmon poké and crispy brussel sprouts were perfect before along flight. plus, AC available at every seat, so charge while you eat!

Great concept, order on iPad, then surf web while you wait. Nice setup for solo travelers with time to kill. Outlets at every seat for charging your gear, too. Food freshly prepared in open kitchen.

Hip, hidden gem. One of many upgrades to the food options at MSP. Fish is fresh, drinks are strong. Charge your toys while you dine too!

Their spicy tuna was pretty good, actually spicy. Tried their pork ramen, which was also good. I'll be stopping here again next time I fly through.

Amazing Sushi that's fresh; super easy to order and very nice and quick service! Great spot and a must-stop by when passing through MSP!

Had the crunchy roll and the scallops. Tasted pretty good, but too little food for such a pricey meal! Also, had someone standing behind me the whole meal, watching the game above my head-annoying!

Best stop at MSP. Great food and drinks. Recharging stations, cool ordering interface and video monitors to watch. Great stop!

It's a bit overpriced, but I enjoyed the outlets and iPads at each table. Helped me kill some time between connections and the waitstaff were all friendly and attentive.

Pork ramen was pretty good for airport ramen. Buy a bottle of water for later because you'll be thirsty.

Udon was super tasty!! The iPad menu is pretty snazzy as well. The only down part is having to leave a gratuity before you even meet your sever.

While the food is overpriced and the iPad mechanism a bit cumbersome, this is actually some of the better airport food. Loved the potstickers and the crunchy rolls (Tom Collins has a kick too!)

Outstanding sushi, fast. Special orders accepted (handrolls). Prepare to drop > $50 or more. But it beats run of the mill airport fare.

iPads were great to kill time. Udon was pretty good and the steamed edamame was filling if you are looking to fill up at a reasonable price. The Maine blueberry cocktail was not great.

Before 9 a.m. they serve great, fresh breakfast (typical things like omelettes, eggs Benedict, etc)

Every time I order here, except once, I order to go and check the box. Every time they bring out dishes and then get mad that I asked for it to go. It is bad enough they ask for the tip when you order

Amanda R is so wrong. 1) it's Japanese so, yeah, breakfast elsewhere might be a good idea. 2). The service is fantastic.

Clean, relaxing, nice staff. Great food for an airport. Tokyo style pork ramen i'd give 8 outta 10.

Nabeyaki udon. Reminded me of some of the dishes I had in Japan. The only let down was the chicken. The texture was like rubber. Had to toss. Other then that it was good.

Sushi is ok, but DON'T MISS the noodles! This is what their sister restaurant is famous for- my fav is the Nabeyaki Udon, it tastes like a bowl of Japan.
