The 8 dollar an hour staff tend to not do the best check of bags. You can easily roll up water bottles inside your towels and bring them in.

The Justice League 4D ride reminds me of the Buzz Lightyear ride in Disney with out the 3D.

Fast pass not necessary on a Wed in the summer. There are hardly any lines & the park isn't crowded.

the scream machine is what the park is known for. The Nitro is the best but the Scream Machine has the best tradition

Buy a flash pass (even if it's just a basic one). Sure it's an extra 30 bucks (less depending on your group size more depending on the level) but it is worth every penny!

This park is basically one big advertisement. Every attraction is sponsored by a candy bar or a bag of chips. Can't escape the advertising.

Avoid the boring "dark night" and shaky "batman" and "scream machine" rides and focus on riding NITRO as much as possible, the smoothest ride in the park. El Torro could also be called fear factor. Up

Kingda Ka is merely a scenery piece. Consider yourself lucky if it's actually open. Enjoy El Toro and Nitro instead.

NJ Transit offers a package deal that includes round trip transportation and park admission for around $60. Bus line 308, leaves from Port Authority.

Try to go on a weekday in May or early June before it gets too hot and kids get out of school!! Not crowded and short lines for the coasters!!

Don't bring in a bag. Can't bring on rides. They make you rent a locker for $8 an hour. Grrr!

They are going down hill pretty quick. I remember when the park was good. Now they have a quarter of the park shut down.

Don't be afraid to keep your hands up on El Toro. I'm about 6'1'' and had my arms up the whole time. Although the structures are low you're fine to show your enthusiasm.
