Ana Costa: A restaurant specialized in mushroom dishes, savory and sweet. Very good gnocchi, risotto, gazpacho. Limited wine list but with some good choices. Service is friendly and efficient.
Amy Y: Historic cafe with Sintra specialty pastries: travesseiros ("pillows" filled with almond) and queijadas (cheese pastries). Busy but fast and friendly service!
Tereza Palaonta: One of the most knows pastelarias in sintra. It's always crowded. Try their traditional sweet. Tip: if u keep going up the street and turn right there is their second shop which is less crowded.
Britta Moelders: The best fish we ever had. We came here both evenings we stayed in Nazaré. For mixed fish platter, wine and appetizers we payed around 50€. Make sure to come early as the place fills up quickly!

Amin: Portuguese institution a must visit. Home of the original custard tart. Wonderful tile work through the Pasteleria. Recommend you sit and enjoy the tarts over a cafe. Take a box home to enjoy later!

Josh 🌶☢: Highly recommended as a stop in Nazare. Great local wine list and impressive desserts. Owner is Polish which means seafood pirogi and a traditional polish custard desserts. Of course, fresh seafood.
