Smoked Brontosaurus Short Rib with two sides: Pit Beans and Pork plus Mac and Cheese with Bacon. There is a lot of beef in this dish.

I like the smoked beef brisket sandwich better than the pulled pork sandwich. Both could use a lot more smoke and moistness, but the brisket edges out the pork.

The appetizers here are very good. This is the the bacon wedge glazed with maple BBQ sauce. Finger licking good thick pieces of bacon slices in a wedge shape. This is a repeat.

Start with the fried pickles. Cut in spears the size of thick fries, they have a nice crunch and tanginess.
