    Apparently they will bring a goldfish to your room if you ask. Where they store these goldfish when not requested by the guests, I do not know.

    The keyless room card system is awful; keep swiping. And no ice on our floor. And no coffee service in the room. And even when you call for ice, it is never delivered. Not so much love here. Sad.

    El hotel está entre el Soho y Chinatown, bien comunicado con metro por el centro, los empleados son muy agradables (Jose Willy, Bibiana) aunque hubo problemas con las cañerías repetiría en este hotel
