- Sarah GrahamJanuary 26, 2014Bring a towel for yourself! This place is definitely the bees knees. Great place to come and relax. Try the traditional baths if you're feeling adventurous. They make your skin feel amazing!
- Lori SmiskolAugust 15, 2012Best kept secret in Dallas Tx! Love the variety of jetted pools and the color therapy jets for healing and relaxation. Just $35.00 and u can come and enjoy the pools and saunas all day and night!Upvoted Oct 13
- Cary ConoverApril 26, 2013Folks the Benefit of Shopping HMart has changed slightly. You can buy Castle Tickets 1 for 19 w/$20 purchase receipt, 2 for 38 w/$40 purchase receipt, 3 for 57 w/$60 purchase etc cash only
- Super DadJune 16, 2017Ok; so no one tells you that you get two lockers (one big one in the back next to the showers & one small one at the entrance for your shoes)... so no need to stuff all your stuff in a small locker.
- Andrew HallNovember 29, 2015Definitely a wide selection of food here, but the Korean food at Asya (on the 3rd floor) is the best. The Kimchi Jigae is particularly delicious.
- TonyAugust 27, 2014I can't say enough good things about this place. Lots of different saunas, great pool/jacuzzi area and the entry fee of $35 is relatively cheap since you can stay for 24 hrs. Visit this spot ASAP!
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016The exercise room, the saunas, and the baths both indoor and out. Staff has been brilliant to me. Everything is absolutely spotless!! The cleaning ladies are so quiet about their rounds.
- The best Spa ever. The most relaxation and therapy under one roof. There is something for everyone. They even have places for you to catch a quick nap or just unwind from your busy schedule .
- Feels like a day on vacation! Unbelievable!! Pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, massages ... Just ... WOW! I vacation for a living, and have seen MANY gorgeous places, but this place beats them ALL!
- Vanessa WFebruary 8, 2014During the cold months this is the place to be!! Hot saunas and outdoor steamy pools!! Go during the week & especially at night and have the place practically to yourself!!! This place is great!!
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016Please remember your raising! Don't just leave things lying around. Treat this lovely spa with the care you would take if you were visiting a friends' home and pool and sauna. Please read the rules!
- Lori SmiskolAugust 15, 2012A variety of themed and healing saunas . My favorite was the Golden pyramid complete with Egyptian headrests. Felt like I was in ancient Egypt! Heavenly!
- Eric GonzalezJune 5, 2017Went w a Groupon and spent 6 hrs there. It's nice to relax in the pool, and the saunas are really nice. Bring your own towel, because the one they provide is tiny!!
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016Nudity : think about it -- you don't know people' cleaning methods, both clothing and personal. I don't want to be soaking in a stew filled with your washing powder, shower gel, fab.softerer...do you?
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016About the no shoes/no suits in the women's and the men's soaking pool...shoes : your shoes are actually I filthy and can track in dirt and other things. Deal with it. Suits in next post.....
- Cary ConoverFebruary 16, 2013This not quite as large as the Spa crosstown but it does have nice facilities. Its multiple levels first level baths, next levels food and heat areas, massage and the top areas for socializing.
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016Well placed bathrooms and water coolers. Bring your own water bottle (empty). Your first intro to the fact that the ladies' soaking pools are NUDE ONLY - No bathing suits - can shock some. No need.
- I highly recommend you get the body scrub service. Amazing! They will scrub every inch of your body from head to toe leaving you glowing and refreshed. Sooooo worth it!
- Cary ConoverMarch 16, 2013When visiting the hot rooms. Unless you are extremely healthy hot to cold to hot is out. Go to the hottest room you can tolerate first. Then break then salt room. you will tolerate salt room longer
- Kristin BentonAugust 10, 2014This is a great place for a tame bachelorette party or a relaxing day for yourself. The charcoal sauna was my fave. 3 drink maximum because of the hot tubs!
- Bethany HowellOctober 20, 2015Love this spa, unlike any other experience! Great place for friends or couples to hang out and relax!
- Dana Harrison-TidwellMay 16, 2016I am so very happy with all the staff here! Everyone is helpful with anything you need. Perfect for a couple weekend. 😀
- Hannah AlkadiAugust 18, 2019One of the best spa facilities I’ve been to. Check Groupon for great deals and make a day out of it.
- Krista PalmerFebruary 20, 2014Great when it's slow not so much when it's crazy & full of people that don't understand the culture of being quiet & considerate in saunas. If u haven't been before ask for a run down of how it works
- Linda SuttnerMarch 16, 2016Plan accordingly if you plan to get a massage or other service. The appointments fill quickly! Sign up as soon as you arrive!
- Jensen LugoJuly 8, 2015Cover the sensor in the steam room to make it more steamy and hot. It gets cold with people opening/closing the door all the time.
- Bring your swimming trunks so you can enjoy the outdoor pools. Also, figure on spending 4-6 hours to fully enjoy this place.
- Monika BMarch 8, 2016No idea why such a truly awesome place has so many unhappy staff. It's uncomfortable and maybe customer service training is in order. Be prepared to uplift the workers, they need it. Good grief!
- Leonard NettlesJuly 6, 2013This was my first time going and I will return I love everything about the whole faculty
- Cary ConoverMarch 16, 2013Plan to have time for shower, soak, steam spa, then hydro spa. Then rinse and go upstairs for heat rooms. You can also shave and brush teeth.
- Rowan H.July 20, 2013The arctic tub will be more tolerable if you get in fast and immediately dunk your entire body in, if just for a second.
- Amy BoydJuly 7, 2014Beware of the "discount crowd" on the weekends. It causes them to run out of lockers and the drunk crowd is not supervised in the pool. It seemed like a fight in the making.
- Kimberly WilkersonJuly 21, 2017The the facility is amazing but I have found the customer service awful on every visit. Not the service from the various services, massage, scrubs etc but the front desk and management staff.
- Ching LinJune 28, 2014There's different kind of food like American, Chinese, Korean and Japanese food ;D
- Sarah G.October 6, 2013Things wrong with this place: 1. Loud kids in saunas (shouldn't be allowed) 2. Couples getting too frisky in swimming areas 3. Wet bathrooms
- Cary ConoverFebruary 16, 2013If you're going to use the H Mart coupon buy the coupon at H Mart before you show up receipts do not get you anything you have to have the H Mart coupon get the discount.
- Henoc Mugisha KivuyeNovember 24, 2017The outside pools are not 24/7, it is only the facility, but the place looks good.
- Sam OceanMay 5, 2014Interesting hotel tip, checking in after 10 o'clock p.m. gets you a discounted room rate
- Cecilia PhuongAugust 7, 2012Food is average, over priced, I suggest sharing its quite a bit of food. Bring your own towel, they provide towels but its like gym towels. But great place to relax, feels like a little getaway.
- Yo, dudes.. Have some common sense and shower after leaving the sauna/steam room if you're gonna be getting back into any of the tubs..
- Michelle BeckleySeptember 8, 2013Love the naked area where the cold plunge is. Great for muscle recovery.
- Kyle BorneMarch 9, 2014I Love King Spa...But this place has several things over them. Just wish it was not further away...
- Brittani KirkwoodOctober 28, 2013This place is awesome!! I will come here more often!! Great get away
- Cary ConoverFebruary 16, 2013It is well staffed there's a men's facility and a women facility and family area.
