Work it as hard as you can and then just a little more at the end everytime you get to spiece. Before you know it you're the best you've ever been.
If you come to workout during the off peak hours you have a private gym to yourself- Kill your current self to make room for the new you... there can only be one! Old or New the choice is yours.
