Even the cocktails are themed around a farm to glass concept. My favorite dishes are the trout and the Cloud Nine Pasta.
Bar menu is always excellent, ask for the Bourbon list or Brown Water Society info, and the food menu is great seasonal local-ish options. New bar manager promises to make improvements on excellence!

Many yummy meals at Sprig! Although it can get a little pricey, you can't go wrong with most of the menu items, in particular the mussels, ribs, beef short rib, pimento cheese & of course red velvet!
Try the pimento cheese. It is deelish and totally addictive.
Chicken salad on gluten free bun made locally by by Pure Knead will change your life.
