The management and staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a really nice working knowledge of the surrounding area. Southern hospitality is alive and well at Staybridge Suites Chattanooga.

If you're going to the Convention Center, stay here instead of the Marriott and walk across the street. The key cards get demagnetized easily, so be careful!

Great deal for downtown Chattanooga. Clean and nice front desk. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. No daily housekeeping and slow elevators only cons.

Been here 10+ times
This is listed as shallowford road, but it's really carter street or chestnut street. The other staybridge is shallowford, not here.

Probably been here a dozen times or more. This is, by far, the worst yet! One, I repeat, 1 "double" bed... No room service, even tho we requested it! Slowest elevators in he history of the world!
