Fitness Classes
There 30 minute high-intensity workouts focuses on strengthening abs and lower back, which will help to shape the waistline and increase spinal flexibility. Instructors will teach a combination of exercises using body weight, balls, and exercise tubes to maximize your workout.
Butt Blast
Butt blast is a lower body training class that includes body- weight exercises mixed with weight training and plyometrics for a leg and butt blast. The class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by leg and butt sculpting movements for an intense cardiovascular workout. The class ends with a simple stretching session. This energetic music driven class will whip your bootie into shape.
Step Aerobics
Step aerobics helps burn calories and maintain weight while improving endurance and overall cardiovascular health. Also, Step Aerobics improves joint flexibility through fun, low-impact, high energy movements.
Yoga Level 2
General yoga class with uninterrupted flow and minimal instruction for the yoga enthusiast and anyone looking to sculpt and energize their mind and body. Please check the Group Fitness Schedule for class times.
Boot Camp
Boot camp is based on the military style of training. The activities include jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, suspension training, and a variety of other callisthenic exercises. Boot Camp training combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Boot Camp is offered to members and non-members for a premium price and is not included with membership.
Lunch Box Boot Camp
This shortened, intense version of boot camp will give you a great workout and have you back at the office by the end of your lunch break.
Yoga Level 1
This basic class is for the beginner and will involve instruction and general principals of yoga. Please check the Group Fitness Schedule for class times.
Personal Training
Our Group Personal Training program is designed to provide our members with a complete selection of safe and productive training techniques in a small group setting for an effective and cost efficient session. The Group Personal Training program will allow members practice a wide variety of training techniques to maximize fitness results including:
The group personal training program includes 3 one-hour personal training sessions per week and can lasts for 12 weeks. Group training is for two to four members. All sessions are continuous for 12 weeks whether all group members come to the sessions or not.

Corporate Membership

Is a group business membership for a minimum of six employees and a month-to-month membership for only 29.99 per employee with 199 down for the group.
12-Month Memberships
Pay the year in advance and receive one month free. A consecutive 12-month agreement. Receive a one-hour free personal training session receive a week of free hydromassage. Automatic renewal on monthly basis at the conclusion of the 12-month membership unless you renew or cancel
