Eric Lepire: Great brews, crazy good pretzels, gooey mac n cheese and friendly staff. Place is very cool for a quick lunch or a lingering dinner. Deschutes represents the best of Portland.

Jenn Y: Runs March-Christmas and actually open both Saturday and Sunday, this is the craft market to beat all craft markets. Wonderful treasure to be found. Come support Portland's DIY/artisan culture.
Geoff Reinhardt: Views of Mount Hood and Portland are worth the short walk or tram ride out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Get a view of Mount St. Helens at the top (on a clear day!)

DANGER TAM: Come with an empty stomach and full ambition. Their grits is one of the best outside of the South and as a Southerner, I would know. Also slap some chicken on the Regina for an added hat tip.
