- Patrick TraczykowskiSeptember 6, 2013Not the finest moment for Swedish infrastructure. An ill conceived shopping mall has over run the airport. Signage is confusing or overly minimalist. T5 needs some thought to render more functional.
- Jana KopaskovaJuly 21, 2013Only one good thing about Terminal 2 is free WiFi for 3 hours, after that you can pay another 1hour and 2GB data for 49 sw.cr.
- Nice little phoning/ working space pre security oposite checkin 81
- RichardMay 4, 2013Don't hurry through, there isn't much after security if you're at T2 - at the same time, the restaurants are really nice, but no shopping to speak of.
- Don’t bother going here before 05:30 nothing’s open. Also super expensive and non friendly staff plus dirty toilets.
- Seno BrilJune 29, 2014Sweden is far more unpleasant than expected. Cold climate and cold human nature.
- Scroll down on swedavias wifi login page for 3h of free WiFi
- Adam GraniczSeptember 3, 2014First and last flight on Norwegian. No indication anywhere about connecting flight, turns out "I should know where domestic flights are flying from."
- Do not take taxis from the line saying "All other companies". The risk that you will have to pay quite an overprice is huge.
- Pressbyrån at terminal 5 have milk, yoghurt & other things for making breakfast if you arrive late and can't shop.
- Flying LH or SAS? If you can not check in online and the self service thing tells you that you don't need a boarding pass, just go to security. They will let you through using you CC or M&M card.
- Luisa Guzmán MejíaMay 28, 2013I had to wait too much for receiving the SMS activation code... bad thing if you have a cellphone number of a non-scandinavian country.
- Oscar van GendAugust 12, 2019The lounges are gross. Security looks unprofessional and is quite slow. Few to zero choices of restaurants after security.
- My phone says 4G, but it can’t be. Very slow internet.
- Best way to get here is the speed train, Arlanda Express. At Sky city- connecting all terminals, you’ll find all the shops and restaurants
- take the express train well worth spending tea if u need to get to Stockholm quickly
- Matthew GordonSeptember 17, 2013Apparently has no water fountains. Want the most basic, life-sustaining substance? 20sek.
