Take a belay class, they do them fairly regularly. If you have to use the auto-belay, try the 4 in the corner on the ground floor.

Great rock climbing. Not usually too busy. They have a gym area upstairs with machines and the Pilate class on Monday nights will kick your butt!

This place was so cool. If it's your first time I recommend taking the belay class because there is more options when using the gym.

The gym is open at 6 Monday and Wednesday morning; nearly empty and a completely different vibe than early afternoon/evenings
