NeMeSiSOctober 25, 2014The hotel is huge and clean n organised. Front desk is polite n quick. The room is very clean and with nice comfortable bed and pillows. The room n toilet is big but the bath tube is too small.
The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park. It's like a holiday away from home.- Rob MJanuary 28, 2017My hotel looks like something out of Mushroom Kingdom from Super Mario. Simply beautiful at night
- The hotel exterior is superbly crafted and good venue for personal snapshots. However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

Has YousefAugust 11, 2019Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

Nice to stay. Room is clean, wifi signal is strong. But bell boy 's service need improve. You asked them things, they look like frustrating n lazy to answer you.
