Amazing! Great friendly service with a modern feel! Has an awesome shower and wonderful workout room! Swimming pool small but deep and fun! I don't like the television selections though!

Maina KhojaJune 11, 2016Free Wifi, microwave, and coffee machine. Clean room and housekeeping .No room dining and It's not 5 mins walk from universal city!- I really enjoyed my stay here! Very spacious rooms with rainforest shower. Lots of power outlets. Pool, gym, WiFi, direct TV, courteous staff... You really get your bang for you buck!
- I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I would highly recommend this place if you're going to Universal Studio Hollywood or just staying in the area. A great find.
- I've stayed here many many times! The manager is very good at working with large parties for bookings in advance, good room rates, etc. great place to RSVP for groups.
- The spa here is great! Definitely ask for Amanda. She is so calm and sweet, but has the most powerful hands to remove your knots! Very skilled.

John TrentosDecember 5, 2012You get value, but only feels a step above a Holiday Inn. Kept dark to be chique and too hide wear. Friendly, but not career hotel staff. Good for pretending you're at a boutique hotel.

This place needs a live DJ spinning some sweet and funky house music every night in the lounge.
