The lake (and bluff) view is nice, especially corner room with view of St Joes! Atmosphere is very comfortable and hospitable. Service is consistently good by hotel and restaurant staff.

Careful of lakeview rooms-trains can be very noisy-otherwise a wonderful hotel!
