- Pablo VladimirMay 28, 2016Really wonderful experience. Enjoyed the wine tasting Unlike the bar at United Clubs, you can get more cocktails and beer on the house. The food is amazing and I felt very well rested with ample seatsUpvoted Sep 22
- Stealth MooseMarch 28, 2018Great lounge. Some good food options. The only downside was that it was packed and hard to find a couple of seats together (if at all). Nevertheless, a much better option than the two United lounges.Upvoted Sep 4
- One of the best Centurion lounges, with great food. It's worth skipping the airline lounges for this one.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- I’m torn - it can get very crowded, but on quieter days the drinks (incl the wine tasting wall) are excellent. Food solid as well.Upvoted Sep 28
- Lucille FisherDecember 6, 2015Very good lounge, unique feature is the wine tasting bar. Very friendly staff great lounging space. Only downside if you travel a lot is the food offering- it's tasty but the menu does not change!
- If you fly through T3 often and are eligible for Amex Platinum, this place makes the annual fee worth it. Service is excellent, drinks are plentiful & meals are better than most real restaurants.
- Super crowded usually, but it's definitely a league above the airline lounges. I've always been a fan.
- Scott BrownNovember 10, 2016Tremendous customer service on our arrival at the lounge from Miriam. A free bar and very tasty food at the restaurant made for a very pleasant couple of hours before the flight. Would recommend.
- After renovation there is now a new seating area with a much larger bar and additional food options. The new area is a lot larger too. Also, two showers now available, ask staff to use.
- You could spend $450/year on a United club pass, or you could spend that on an Amex Platinum card and have a superior lounge and way way more benefits.
- Breakfast is always great. Fantastic variety of fruits, eggs, French toast, pancakes and other side dishes. One of my favorite lounges
- A nice place to relax before your flight. Free WiFi, coffee machine, good food. Wine sampling and bar, Also a lounge area on the other side.
- Martin CervantesAugust 6, 2016The staff are courteous and warm. The lounge areas are very comfortable. The appetizers are scrumptious and the drink selections, excellent! It was a very enjoyable experience for me and my family.
- Marcella SchlegelSeptember 7, 2017Good facilities. Beverage bar has interesting wine selections. Food better than most lounges. Sometimes is a bit crowded but people come and go and you can find a seat.
- This is by far the best lounge in the SFO Airport. The food is yummy, coffee is great. The service is excellent and I enjoy the atmosphere here. The staff is friendly.
- Great hot food bar and drink selection. Gets crowded, but not as bad as a lot of other lounges. Nice for United fliers.
- The Lounge can be accessed post-security from Terminal 3 or from International Terminal G near Gate 74. All other terminals are not connected post-security at SFO.Upvoted Sep 18
- Joe DAugust 27, 2018Ask the bartender to do the wine tasting. (S)He'll give you a barcode you can scan along the wine wall. 5 small tastes per barcode.
- Excellent lounge at SFO! Complimentary access for Platinum cardholders. You'll be allowed through security in Terminal 3, even if your flight departs from another terminal. Well worth the visit!
- Sid DesaiMay 3, 2021New reopening hours: 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Once you are seated, by the hostess, you must remain at that seat for the duration of your time in the lounge.
- You can get to the Centurion Lounge from the international terminal. Just follow signs for airline lounges / gates 60-90.
- David PattersonDecember 9, 2014Check out the signature cocktails at the bar. each is locally inspired by San Francisco traditions and ingredients. Also be sure to leave extra time to clear security again if you're not flying United
- Great food, cocktails, wine and beer selection. A solid place to wait for a flight but can get crowded.
- Hot food, open bar, coffee, wine tastings, shower facilities. All complimentary with admission. Amex Platinum & Centurion Card holders get in for free. All other Amex card holders get in for $50.
- Best lounge at SFO when traveling domestically. Can get way overcrowded, but at least there are solid food and drink options
- Great cocktails and food. If you're a gold card member entrance is worth the $50 you'd spend somewhere else anyway.
- Get dropped off near the end of Terminal 3 departure for quick access if you're not flying out from this terminal.
- YaYaFebruary 16, 2015By far a very pleasant surprise for airport lounges! wine dispenser- gourmet breakfast - awesome customized lattes & a super cute family room! & much more.
- Hands down the best lounge in T3. Been a United Club/Red Carpet Club member for years. I don’t use United Club if Centurion Lounge is an option.
- Free wine tasting bar featuring Napa's best. Must try the Darioush which is limited in production
- Lovely spot. Food is good, though worse at off-hours. Open bar. Internet password is "member since"
- Steve VOctober 20, 2017On irrops days come watch the staff scramble to maintain order and civility. It's Must see TV. F&B is better than anything you could possibly buy post security.
- Perhaps the best Airport Lounge- Excellent food and drinks at no charge if you have Amex
- Erik LaneFebruary 2, 2015Free access if you have a "Platinum" card from American Express. Oh wait.....just not the DELTA Platinum American Express.....with that card it is only $50 Per visit.
- Keith BlodornNovember 15, 2021Nice lounge, good food, but needs to be expanded. Was very crowded on the Sunday I flew through there.
- Kevin CMarch 23, 2016Great selection of wine to try at any time of the day and night. Great food too!
- Forget all the other lounges at SFO this is the lounge to stay at! Great food, drinks and friendly staff
- Order a Last Word cocktail. Rare that a bar has all the ingredients for this. Lovely.
- Gets busy at times so they limit guests to those within 3 hours of their departure time.
- Relaxing. Forget all the other lounges at SFO this is the lounge to stay at!
- David OjserkisDecember 15, 2018Unfortunately what used to be a great and exclusive concept, has gotten too popular. The lounge is more crowded then the regular terminal and there is never a place to sit. Go to the United Club.
