The Pegasus wrap is my favorite (grilled chicken, romaine, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, olives & feta) but beware of the lunch rush. Any time between noon and 1:30 you should come prepared to wait!

Chopped Leaf's pre-designed chef wraps are always a great option. My favorite? The Sunshine wrap (grilled chicken, spring mix, cucumbers, mozza, avocado& apples with goddess dressing).

exquisite food. My favourite is Whole Bowl #1. Also in salad category the Bangkok with prawns and for sandwiches, the Spicy Chicken sandwich on multi-grain.

A little pricey but the salad is delicious and the soup is arguably the best I've had. Wild mushroom chowder or the tomato Parmesan.

Pegasus full salad has the lowest amount of calories among all salads. Sunshine is still low, but better nutrition wise. The smartest healthy option is the sunshine full salad

Healthy and tasty but they are so inefficient!! Open kitchen allows us to observe that;)

If you're a veggie, you can create your own wrap without the protein and save $2. Anything with no meat saves you $2. =)

Order a wrap, a soup, or a salad if you're in a rush. Sandwiches and rice bowls take a bit longer.

Try the spicy chicken sandwich. It's amazing. Ask for pesto sauce added.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH. Slowest service ever, especially considering it's salad.
