- Justin SullivanAugust 17, 2014A great place to come and linger on a foggy morning while a panoramic view of San Francisco Bay is revealed to you.
- Rick MercadoJuly 4, 2011The pool beckons sunlovers each summer day. Umbrellas await the early birds; poolside lunch and cocktail service await those who arise at the crack of noon. Holiday weekends are often feted with BBQs.
- Brian StraussApril 15, 2019We came here for a school gala and the event staff are first class. Really well oiled machine they have there. Decor is a bit conservative and certainly not modern but that might not matter at all.Upvoted Oct 21
- Awesome staff. They are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Take a walk to the health club cuz it's most definitely worth it. Best pool in the East Bay by far!
- John NegreteMarch 6, 2019The Hillary Tenzing room is a monument to the Everest expedition and worth a visit and some tea.
- Jonathan StullMarch 7, 2011Used LivingSocial for hotel/spa night w wife. Quick review: get what u pay for. Spa and brunch were crazy expensive but worth every penny for a special day. Hotel room was tiny and noisy - stay home.
- Francine SneddonSeptember 11, 2014The Berkeley Mule (no copper mug!) and Montage Restaurant. Very charming-old world feel of a hotel.
- Edward RoskeFebruary 17, 2011In the men's spa, try the Deluge Shower. Basically, you're drenched by a warm firehose above your head for a few minutes. Hundreds of gallons of water pouring down is amazingly relaxing.
- Dominique MarajJanuary 8, 2013Take advantage of the spa, great fitness classes available and upgrade the room; the view is well worth it!
- John BlazeMay 23, 2011Head out on foot behind the club, go up stonewall street and take the fireroad to the top of Panoramic Hill. Breathtaking view of the bay and surrounding elements.
- 4th floor is haunted👻

- Dominique MarajJanuary 8, 2013The club has better facilities than the spa including whirlpool, sauna and a sit down vanity area in the women's section. Spa has a deluge worth checking out but the rest of the amenities are ok
- The Claremont Hotel Club & SpaMarch 6, 2013The Claremont Hotel Club & Spa is hosting the 4th Annual Berkeley Wine Festival Series! Book now at www.berkeleywinefestival.com!

- Chuck CochranAugust 25, 2010Thought I got a great deal at a 4 star hotel and spa through Priceline. I either missed or the description did not mention $24 a day for parking and $24 per day resort fee.
- Kayla HamiltonJuly 7, 2014Gratuity is already included for the in room dining, and the pancakes have an interesting after taste... Note to self - don't order again 😒
- There is a water tank beside the reception desk if you are thirsty.Otherwise the whiskey neat at the bar is good.
