The big tree lighting spectacle will happen on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. The Frog Pond is also open for ice skating 7 days a week.
"Pop It Like It's Hot" at the hotel's pop-up gourmet hot chocolate shop. Free cups of hot chocolate will be handed out from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Friday through to Dec. 21.

The 25th annual Harvard Sq. Holiday Crafts Fair features vendors from all over the world. Dubbed a "high energy alternative marketplace with a great soundtrack," and a "party where you can buy stuff!"
The popular ballet "The Nutcracker" returns with an all-new set and costumes. Runs through to Dec. 31. Tickets range from $35 to $164.

On Dec. 7, the theatre is putting on a 24-hour improv show, "No Rest for the Wicked Funny," to raise funds for Globe Santa. Featuring celebrity guests and live auctions. Tickets range from $20 to $35.
Until Dec. 9, catch the critically acclaimed Broadway show "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical" at the Wang Theatre.
On Dec. 8 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., take part in the annual Beacon Hill Holiday Stroll. Enjoy free music, horse-carriage rides, refreshments at local shops and a tree lighting at 7 p.m.
