- LogoTVAugust 27, 2012My official hotel whenever I'm in Boston. They even give you a glass of champagne as you're checking in. Now that's my kind of service, honey. - Latrice Royale, RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race
- Paul T.October 6, 2015Super friendly staff and the rooms are well done. It is worth paying a couple bucks more for the premium, high-level rooms with a balcony. Wished they had seating on the balcony though.
- Dan HoveySeptember 1, 2013A fantastic find. This hotel is now me and my fiances go to hotel. We live in CT so we come up often. Service and room are always top notch. Location is perfect only two blocks south of the commons
- Mike PeacockOctober 2, 2014Over our 2 week stay in the US we stayed 3 times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The french toast breakfast was great, the rooms were excellent with good views. Have paid less though.
- Laray sSeptember 30, 2016My favorite hotel ever. I always get the Junior suite with the sweethearts package(chocolate covered strawberries & champagne included with package)glass of champagne at check in gorgeous little gem😍
- This is my new Boston Hotel Choice! Bell man, Concierge & Front Desk Attendees were speedy and thorough! The renovation has turned it into a swank hotspot in the heart of the city. Rooms are Sweeeeet!
- Jaclyn StephensFebruary 26, 2016Nice hotel. Very happy they have balconies. :) The showers are pretty cool, probably not what you'd expect it's all tile and a drain in the middle of the floor, no tub. No champagne upon check-in.
- Deborah CaldwellJanuary 5, 2016Best value in Boston! I feel like I'm in a fancy expensive hotel. Beds cozy and down laden. Bathrooms have big bottles of everything. Real cream for coffee in the room! Yes I'll be back!
- Mike PeacockOctober 2, 2014Good central hotel with parking. Hotel did what it could to reduce the parking charges. Reception were very helpful - better than many hotels I've been to. Concierge got us great seats for Lion King.
- Mallory StantonMarch 24, 2015Modern, comfortable rooms with interesting touches. Balcony with awesome views. Can't wait to hang out at The Rooftop this summer.
- Debra Macki Makeup (MUA)January 12, 2014Great location to crash at after a night of partying in Boston. Champagne upon arrival is a nice touch. Walking distance to nightclubs.
- Ph YApril 13, 2014Great rooms. Spacious&modern. Love the Skoah toiletries. Dont expect anything regarding the wifi. Our room at the 19th floor had very spotty connection. Very disappointing. John at conceirge is great!
- Allison JonesNovember 13, 2012They must have fixed the smell based on other comments. And the elevators are fine (I'm on 20 - great view!) Staff is the friendliest! Lounge is super groovy. Great menu from Rustic Kitchen. Stay!
- Heather Noonan-HargrovesOctober 24, 2014Hotel is gorgeous, beds ridiculously comfy. Lovely staff, beautiful view and the room service menu is actually really, really good!
- Emily BaerAugust 24, 2014You get a glass of champagne upon checking in, the hotel rooms are incredible, and the shampoo and conditioner is the best I've ever used in a hotel
- If you're in a room with two shower heads, be sure to turn the one facing OUT of the tub towards the wall before turning anything on.
- The Daily Free PressNovember 26, 2012"Pop It Like It's Hot" at the hotel's pop-up gourmet hot chocolate shop. Free cups of hot chocolate will be handed out from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Friday through to Dec. 21.
- John EnnionNovember 30, 2012They just opened a new gym across from the Kitchen Table, old "gym" was on the pool level - take a mezzanine skybridge if you don't want to go outside in your gym clothes.
- Lu B.March 25, 2023Best Location one block from Boston Commons and easy corrido for taxi/uber way out. Great service. Comfy.
- Must have ended the champagne at check-in. Seems like it would've been a good differentiator. Rooms clearly refurbished old chain configuration - small compared to others in Boston at same price point
- Really good hotel. Nice beds, good bathroom with Nice selection of body wash and shampoos and the staff is very good aswell.
- Adam CohenAugust 29, 2017The roof top bar is the best thing about the hotel. Make sure you stick to the alcohol though ...their food is aweful !!
- PriscilaOctober 7, 2012Had a room on the 12th floor, but ended up moving to the 19th because the 12th floor had too many feather products. Good to ask for a hypoallergenic room if you're allergic or think you might be.
- TablelistDecember 15, 2013In the summer months, head up to the Rooftop at Revere. Book your private cabana on the Tablelist app for an extra VIP day party!
- Dominique CMarch 31, 20139th floor is wonderful. Pool is clean. Views are great. All in all is a great place to stay.
- Laray sSeptember 30, 2016Balconies in every room 2 in suite rooftop fun, club attached been here plenty of times even for a photoshoot lol
- Nicole LisaSeptember 1, 2015The hotel is nice, but the elevators are always busy being used by staff. The hotel would benefit from having dedicated staff elevators so guest doesn't share an elevator with a large trash can.
- Francisco NoelDecember 21, 2015Everything good not complains good athmosphere very clean rooms and service
- Erin H-MFebruary 22, 2013Amazing views from the 21st floor! Great location in the city, love the champagne at check-in.
- Sam PaulsenMay 15, 2013Dont know how old some tips are...hotel is great and the elevator is fine. The doors may b a bit slow, overall the place is an 8/10.
- Aaron FMay 16, 2013Halls and elevator seem fine to me. My only gripe is that I asked for a King but they gave me two queens, but I guess that's fine considering I took the red eye and checked in at 9AM.
- Spencer HughesAugust 19, 2012The 9th floor smells like a foot. Also, the elevators must be powered by hand crank. Other than that, everything is great.
- Not a bad hotel and a great location for easy access to shopping and sights.
- jordan vanderkleiDecember 27, 2014Champagne on arrival, wifi was average at best on the 22nd floor. Brekkie was okay, recommend the express hot brekkie and as much coffee as you can get down
- Great staff. Very friendly. Wonderful place to stay in Boston.
- Only balconies in town worth standing out on.
- Deborah MFebruary 28, 2014I guess you need to ask for the glass of champagne - I did not get one although I saw some others with the glass
- Nauman NoorJune 27, 2015Tries to be kitschy though lacks attention to detail. Think of it as a moderately priced W wannabe
- Veronica del RosarioApril 18, 2012This brand new, re-branded hotel has replaced the former Radisson.
- Yer MomJuly 24, 2016This. Place. Is. Terrible. It may look pretty, but don't let that deceive you. What manager? You will wait an average of 20 minutes to catch an elevator. And I'm not exaggerating. The staff is rude.
