Mike PeacockOctober 2, 2014Over our 2 week stay in the US we stayed 3 times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The french toast breakfast was great, the rooms were excellent with good views. Have paid less though.

This is my new Boston Hotel Choice! Bell man, Concierge & Front Desk Attendees were speedy and thorough! The renovation has turned it into a swank hotspot in the heart of the city. Rooms are Sweeeeet!

Reception were very helpful - better than many hotels I've been to. Concierge got us great seats for Lion King.

If you're in a room with two shower heads, be sure to turn the one facing OUT of the tub towards the wall before turning anything on.

Must have ended the champagne at check-in. Seems like it would've been a good differentiator. Rooms clearly refurbished old chain configuration - small compared to others in Boston at same price point

PriscilaOctober 7, 2012Had a room on the 12th floor, but ended up moving to the 19th because the 12th floor had too many feather products. Good to ask for a hypoallergenic room if you're allergic or think you might be.

Aaron FMay 16, 2013Halls and elevator seem fine to me. My only gripe is that I asked for a King but they gave me two queens, but I guess that's fine considering I took the red eye and checked in at 9AM.

Not a bad hotel and a great location for easy access to shopping and sights.
