Raymond KoningAugust 8, 2012Good hotel! Rooms ok, excellent beds, clean. Breakfast is not their best part but it's ok. Location: very good. Georgetown and all must-see locations are just a walk away! Big plus: pool on the roof!

Very slow service. Room wasn't ready at arrival at 4pm. Went back up to reception after an hour only to find the room was ready sooner but they didn't inform us.

Molly English-BowersJune 6, 2013this hotel does an awful job of informing guests of the free breakfast and coffee they offer. The first morning of my visit I settled for awful oatmeal and overpriced coffee at nearby Starbucks.
They're trying, that's true. Our first room had a dirty (horrifically so) bathroom, so they "upgraded" us to a slightly larger room with a much worse view. Check the bathroom before unpacking....
Great location, pretty good property, but practiced and perfected incompetence!
JenJune 14, 2012Don't stay here. They didn't have the room I reserved, so they gave me a room I didn't want with an option to switch rooms the next day. I got to the room, and there were already people staying in it.

Not crazy about a hotel that charges a fortune for internet and there was a spider on my bed...
