Holly BoundsSeptember 23, 2014This place is a hidden gem. I messed up and booked my room for the day after I needed it. Not only did they accommodate me, they gave me a huge corner room on the 11th floor with a terrace!

Karina LealApril 28, 2022Worst EVER hotel experience!## horrible rude and unfriendly customer service. Front desk “Lisa” portrayed herself as a “supervisor” unwilling to help. Extremely overpriced and unworthy! Be wary!!
