- Ailie ChangMarch 13, 2015Stayed here 2 days when all other hotels in Palo Alto were booked. Best advice- don't follow the signs in the hall to find your room. Take a picture of the map at front desk. This place is a maze!
- Bring your own pillow and watch out for the microwaved eggs! They look like rubber tacos and they will bounce out of you too.... mmmmm, just like mom made!
- Very nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms, convenient parking.
- The room has Ethernet cable for wired Internet connection. Hotel WiFi is always slow. Bring your mobile hot spot like Apple AirMac Express.
- Adrián Revuelta CuauhtliJuly 10, 2015Room is OK. But breakfast is not what you have in mind for "hot breakfast buffet". I think it's mostly bread, cereal and precooked things that they just heat. Even the fruit comes from a can. =\
- Bring some air freshener with you. The rooms have a unique scent.
- Jiminy BimblenipsJanuary 24, 2012Carpets are filthy, place desperately needs renovation. Great spot for a high school kegger, but not much else..
- Michael WitbrockApril 16, 2014Unplug the refrigerator to stop the awful noise ( probably causing the odd smell )
- Joe MusserJuly 16, 2012Manager unhelpful. Reserved a jacuzzi suite with minibar, got a smelly room with neither. Paid 159.00; hotel.com rate was 89.00 upon checkin. Do not reccomend.
- John ThaiSeptember 9, 2013Dirty, desolate, dumpy. Needs a renovation very badly. Rooms smell like actual human shit.
- This hotel stinks, has the unhappiest staff i have ever met, and is hands down the worst place you could spend your money on. Stay at the oak motel down the street instead and save A LOT of money.
