Stayed here for one night. Cute rooms, all accommodations I needed and very clean and cosy. Hotel has a beautiful story and personality. Would like to stay here longer if I could.

New management. Not a best Western. Staff great. Small but pretty. A cool place...not cookie cutter. No pool or gym. No vending. Will bring ice to you. Great cupcakes each night. Rate cannot be beat.

If you're in the north side of the building (room ends in 10-15 or so) you will hear LOUD bar noise until roughly 2:30am. Ask to be on the 7th floor interior and the windows are a bit newer.

This place was cool! Pineapple cupcakes in the lobby, scented soap, lotion,body wash in the bathrooms!

to get to candlestick head to van ness & take the 77x. the concierge only recommend a cab which is fine if you go early but on the way back the fare would tick away while your stuck in traffic.

Rooms are clean and tidy. For breakfast head left out of the hotel down to either the grand cafe or the pinecrest diner

Never thought to ask if rooms had A/C? Well this hotel doesn't, and I partially feel duped. Other than that basic room is tiny. But a great price other than that!

Poor customer service, shades aint working, shower doesnt work properly, And had to ask if roomkeeping was coming, cause they hadnt been there all day. Biggest letdown ever, dont sleep here!!!!!!
