You may have to wait a full 45 minutes after being seated to get your bread, but it well be worth it in the end... If you're ok seeing people who just got seated get bread...

Burke's Lakeside on Silver Lake in Oconomowoc is one of my favorite local spots with great food and delicious chocolatinis!
