Great stay. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle drops off at many popular places around Seattle. Free cupcakes and coffee every afternoon.Umbrellas in every room!

The service was incredible. Informed them ahead of time that we were staying for a honeymoon/30th birthday and they delivered. Would consider any Pineapple branches. Great informative friendly staff.

This place is great. Excellent service and very good price. Our room was quite large and comfortable. Internet was fast. Mini cupcakes served in the afternoon were a nice treat!

The pineapple name may turn some off. But this hotel is great. Big new LG flatscreen tv, clean lobby, hallways, down comforters, and spacious rooms. Walking distance to cool bars help too.

Rooms are nice. The “pool” is really more of a wading pool and the workout area is tiny. However, the staff is friendly and there is coffee pod machine and microwave in the room.

Toilet paper is cheap, pool and workout area are tiny. Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, wifi was good in my room.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Don't count on the wifi - coverage is spotty and when it works it's about as slow as dialup.

The staff in this hotel is fantastic! They repeatedly went out of their way to help us. Wifi was not very good, but that was the only negative.
