    Big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. After a long day of walking they gave us a good nights sleep! Our one night stay was perfect!

    The restaurant was excellent. Sesame crusted tuna-wow. Kenny was a great server too, thanks for the free chocolate truffles!

    Now managed by starwood, which gave it a facelift to be continued in the next couple of months. Large rooms, free Internet. Bathrooms need updating

    This place is pretty decent for the price and location. Often times my key doesn't work which can be annoying. Staff is generally friendly save for a few. Turning into a Westin in the near future.

    This is the quickest way to the airports. No crosstown traffic to contend with like Times Square hotels.

    Big rooms, good midtown location, but the staff are nowhere near Starwood quality. Rude, lazy, and way too into their own conversations to provide proper service.

    Location is good. Staff is rude and completely clueless!! If you're there for vacation and don't plan on spending to much time in the room, it's fine.

    Don't stay here. Without notice, they shut off the water on a Friday. Fire alarm went off throughout the day. Unsympathetic customer service
