No carb pasta!? We’re not sure who invented No-Carb Pasta, but we’ve definitely perfected it. Our fresh veggie noodles are the “Carb Counters” alternative to our handmade Durum Semolina flour pasta. Our cooks take fresh zucchini, julienne cut them into fine strands, then steam & cover them w/ our famous sauces & toppings. We know it sounds a little crazy – so crazy, it just might work!
